cooking for the masses

Haven’t done this type of big cook for a while. Came home from lunch with family (Indian buffet) and made enough food for most of next week.

Soup — beef, carrot, potato, tomato, cabbage
Lunch — lettuce, cherry tomato, pepper, pumpkin, asparagus
