Hadn’t done any large-scale cooking for a long time, thought it was about time I had something other than cereal or fruit salad as a main meal.
Made roasted pumpkin pasta with cherry tomatoes, goat’s cheese and pine nuts. It’s from a recipe in the BBC Good Food calendar, except they use penne, sage butter and skip the cherry tomatoes. I had some tomatoes that I needed to use up, and what’s pasta recipes when you can’t improvise?
Sigh, looking at that pic reminds me of one thing — I need white plates.
